The treatments available include individual psychotherapy: Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Group therapy: Group Analytic Psychotherapy. Infant mental health and Perinatal sessions for 0-3 year old and their parents, using techniques such as Wait Watch and Wonder, parent-infant psychotherapy and Circle of Security frameworks, working always via an attachment system lens.
We also offer play therapy for children and adolescents, as well as family and marital sessions.
